Head of Sales - DACH (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Analyst (m/f/d) to join at our company in our Ecosystem and support its financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on analyzing KPIs, building financial models, and partnering with leadership to improve financial outcomes, and get the opportunity to contribute to various cross-functional growth initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the DACH Growth team, ensuring high performance and professional development
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, optimizing workflows and ensuring process efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Tech teams to drive alignment and execution

Your Profile: 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with full ownership of pipeline from lead generation to closing
  • A successful track record in leading and scaling teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales or Account Managers
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in fast-paced environments
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to shape product or service improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of the German-speaking market and business landscape
  • Background in competitive environments such as consulting, venture capital, or hyper-growth startups is a plus
