We’re looking for a structured and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (m/f/d) to join one of the companies in the A11 ecosystem and support the team with high-quality financial operations across accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the financial engine running smoothly, from preparing financial statements to managing accounts receivable and supporting internal stakeholders on finance topics.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and preparatory accounting tasks
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Analyze and report monthly logistics and material expenses, ensuring variance checks and accuracy
• Lead accounts receivable processes, including external communication and the dunning process
• Liaise with the company’s external accounting firm and respond to audit inquiries
• Collaborate with other internal departments and management on finance and tax-related topics
• Support initiatives that optimize working capital in an international setup

Your Profile: 

• You have previous experience in accounting, auditing, or financial operations (Big Four or mid-tier audit firm experience is a plus)
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• You have sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• You are proficient with Excel and ideally familiar with DATEV, DATEV Unternehmen Online (DUO), and expense management tools
• You bring strong communication skills and are fluent in German and English
• You are organized, hands-on, and stay composed in fast-paced or complex situations
