We’re looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to join one of the companies in the A11 ecosystem and take ownership of global logistics operations, trade lane expansion, and partner management.

As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving global operations and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery experiences.

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt, reliable deliveries based on customer needs
• Manage communication with third-party logistics providers and partners to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and open new trade lanes by sourcing and onboarding logistics partners worldwide
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through quality delivery and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with teams across customer success, procurement, product management, engineering, and growth
• Operate using Salesforce and other cutting-edge tools to manage and optimize logistics flows
• Push for operational excellence and continuous personal and professional development

Your Profile: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain, operations)
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management
• Strong understanding of KPIs and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Proven ability to optimize logistics costs while maintaining high performance
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in scaling logistics operations across different geographies
