We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Intern (m/f/d) to join and support the growth and go-to-market strategies at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll analyze trends, support go-to-market initiatives, and work closely with the founders and teams to unlock opportunities.

In this role, you’ll:

• Analyse market trends and company strategies to unlock profitable opportunities and support Go-To-Market initiatives
• Prospect and assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners through email, calls, and social media
• Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to boost efficiency
• Maintain and organize operational documentation, including SOPs and compliance records
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
• Collaborate closely with the founders, Growth, and Operations teams

Your Profile: 

• Enrolled in university or recently graduated and looking to gain work experience
• Motivated and passionate about new ideas, with a creative mindset
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients and partners
• Fluent in both German and English
