We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join and drive the customer success processes at one of our Ecosystem Companies.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, driving customer retention and expansion, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our product.

In this role, you’ll:
- Be responsible for renewing and expanding our product through our customers, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from working with us.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers, aligning our features and business advantages to their needs.
- Always be one step ahead, identifying risks for customers and proactively addressing them with a mitigation plan.
- Strive for full utilization of customer orders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence.
- Where appropriate, network between customers and departments, maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance the strategic direction of our development.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience.
- Familiar with B2B customer development – ideally in the customer success field – and tracking all customer needs.
- Used to working in a fast-paced, international environment and able to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
- Experience with (CRM/CSM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), (optional) accounting tools (e.g., DATEV), and (optional) logistics tools (e.g., TMS/TNT).
- Optional: Already gained experience in project management.
- Fluent German and English skills; French skills are a plus.
