YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
Our team is looking for a Business Solutions Manager to drive challenging deliverables that align to our overall business strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing the support and optimization of core business applications, lead cross-functional process improvements, and manage technology projects from concept to delivery. Within this role, you will serve as a strategic liaison between business units and IT ensuring systems and processes effectively support real estate operations, property management, leasing, transactions, and other critical functions. As a managerial role, you will lead the Business Solutions team and partner with key individuals across all departments to accomplish immediate and strategic business priorities. In addition, we are looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities in their day to day:
- Business Systems Analysis –Develop workflow diagrams, use cases, and gap analyses to provide solutions. Manage and support application testing by setting up and implementing new software services and oversee conversion setups and data entry for property acquisitions. Analyze the needs of all departments to understand the reporting requirements, review current methods, determine optimum process, and oversee development of new models or workflow solutions. Involved in investigating issues to uncover solutions and analyze current practices to make recommendations for new efficiencies. Update training and procedural documentation as changes are implemented and escalate issues to software vendors as appropriate.
- Team Management - Responsible for recruiting, retaining, mentoring, and developing team members through documentation, training, and setting proper performance standards. Skillfully communicate with team and management to assist coordination of work procedures, schedules, and workflow. Demonstrate leadership to inspire and engage the Business Solutions team.
- Project & Change Management – Plan, execute, and finalize project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Participates and contributes to project planning and execution with effective communication regarding relevant project information to superiors and all stakeholders. Applies our methodology and enforces project standards to minimize our exposure and risk on projects by identifying operational problems and assisting in developing and implementing solutions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in property management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of RealPage Property Management software or equivalent (i.e., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) with emphasis on backend administration preferred with an expertise in the data capabilities of supported systems preferred.
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage relationships internally and externally.
- Problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for on-call services and weekend rotation support
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation
- Pay Range: $109,400.00 to $142,400.00 per year
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Plan
