YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT 

Our team is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst I to provide software support and analysis for Prometheus. This role involves assisting with customer support, project management, and addressing financial software inquiries across our field and home office teams. In this position, you will encounter new challenges that require your curiosity and expertise to resolve. Most importantly, this role is fueled by a passion for supporting our Prometheans and ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.

  • Business Application Support – Research and resolve questions regarding Business Applications, as well as perform application testing, setup, implementation, and support of new software services. Build collaborative relationships with Operations, Accounting, Finance, and other departments to analyze their needs by reviewing current methods to determine optimal processes and develop new models or workflow solutions. Assist with auditing user access for multiple platforms and complete CPRA requests within the designated time frame. Support accounting software, troubleshoot software used for company check processing, modify settings, and account codes, conduct budget analysis, and update financials, while being familiar with month-end accounting procedures.
  • Project Support - Participate in and contribute to project planning and execution by effectively communicating relevant project information to leaders and stakeholders. Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner, identify management or operational problems, and assist in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Business Solutions – Investigative ability to uncover solutions and analyze current practices to make recommendations for new efficiencies.  Update training and procedural documentation as changes are implemented and escalate issues to software vendors as appropriate.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required and a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas would be preferred: Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate Management.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in property management , accounting, or a helpdesk, with a focus on providing customer support.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of RealPage Property Management software or equivalent (i.e., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) with emphasis on backend processing preferred.
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external partners.
  • Problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available for on-call services and weekend rotation support

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $29.75 to $35.00 per hour
