YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team and is responsible for assisting the team’s overall financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives, including managing the organization’s debt portfolio and performing long-term cash flow analysis. This is dynamic and engaging role and includes the following responsibilities:
- Financial Responsibilities: Analyze long term cash flow needs of the business in order to make informed decisions regarding financing and investing activities; Track and chart key interest rates used most commonly in indexes for financing; prepare annual financial statements on current value basis for company portfolio; maintain involvement in financial side of financing and asset management, i.e., oversee revenue management; sales analysis, refinancing analysis and calculation of proceeds; property and portfolio budgeting responsibilities; benchmarking portfolio performance; and calculating ROIs for future and existing repositioning efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis Responsibilities: Maintaining and enhancing the Finance platform; tracking returns; identifying trends in portfolio to mitigate risk and exploit revenues; monthly reporting to ownership on financial and asset performance, developing controls and assigning responsibility for key P&L and Balance Sheet line items. Prepare financial statements for internal use and/or external lender requirements.
- Corporate Communications: Assist in the negotiation of lender agreements for both construction and permanent financing; Assist in the coordination of due diligence requirements with lenders and third-party consultants; Maintain communications with primary banks and serve as a liaison between banks and company, answering questions and distributing information when needed.

Our Financial Analyst possesses the following experience, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurial or Real Estate Management preferred.
- Two (2) years of multi-family real estate or finance experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and detail orientation skills with ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong analytical skills and be adept at working with analyzing data.
- Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across a team.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and purpose driven company, focused on brand distinction and experience.
- Big picture thinking — you know how the little details impact the big picture, and can adjust the former to impact that latter.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We offer a variety of benefits that take compensation well beyond a paycheck. This includes traditional benefits and benefits you might not expect or know about. The provided salary range is based on a number of factors, including location, job-related skills, experience and qualifications.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $85,100.00 to $105,200.00 per year
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Plan
