Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

We launched the Propel Marketplace to connect our ~5M monthly active users to products, services, and exclusive offers from leading brands across retail, healthcare, and financial services. It has grown into a powerful, industry-leading performance tool for our partners and a critical revenue driver for Propel. 

We’re looking for a strong builder and first principle thinker to be our first ever Senior Revenue Operations Analyst! Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited about leading and building out this new, high potential function. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketplace leadership to build out a scalable GTM motion and accelerate revenue growth of this business.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and operationalize a scalable motion for our Sales and Customer Success orgs.
  • Own our GTM tech stack (we currently use Salesforce and Apollo). Work closely with our external Salesforce consultant to drive improvements to our CRM.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop and maintain key sales assets (master sales deck, B2B marketing materials).
  • Work closely with Marketplace leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to develop our GTM strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations at high-growth startups. 
  • Experience in analytical fields like investment banking and management consulting are a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on Enterprise GTM best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), Salesforce, and other GTM tech stack.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly.

  • Propel believes that everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably. We set our salary ranges using compensation data from hundreds of NYC based startups at our stage. Additionally, pay is not determined based on location. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - 140,000, depending on experience.
