Role Summary:
A multifaceted role that blends expertise in Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Analytics. This role is responsible for optimising talent acquisition strategies by conducting data-driven research and utilising analytics to drive decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and research methodologies, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights that enhance hiring processes and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Research
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging hiring best practices in the tech industry.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build talent maps, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching candidate behaviours and market shifts to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
People Analytics & Reporting
- Build and manage recruitment dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline health, and diversity data.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to inform TA strategies, enhance efficiency, and improve overall hiring outcomes.
- Leverage predictive analytics to forecast hiring trends and talent availability, ensuring the business is equipped to meet future workforce needs.
- Partner with HRBP’s to integrate data insights into broader workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a Tech company.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
