Senior Product Manager - Core Experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead our Core Experience across web and mobile. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the end-to-end consumer journey — from discovery to conversion — ensuring that Property Finder delivers the most intuitive, relevant, and high-performing real estate platform in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core search and discovery experiences (SERP, filters, listings, maps, ranking).
  
  
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to build and scale consumer-facing features that drive engagement, retention, and lead conversion.
  
  
• Define, measure, and communicate product KPIs aligned to business goals.
  
  
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers working across Buy, Rent, and New Projects journeys.
  
  
• Balance short-term impact (experiments, low-hanging fruit) with long-term product bets (personalization, ML-driven ranking, multi-intent journeys).
  
  
• Collaborate closely with agent-side teams to ensure a cohesive dual-sided marketplace experience.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in product management with 3+ years leading high-impact teams.
  
  
• Proven track record in building large-scale B2C platforms (marketplaces or search-heavy products a strong plus).
  
  
• Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketplace dynamics.
  
  
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, experimentation, and iteration.
  
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
