Associate Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Reports To

SDR Team Lead

Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned BDR/SDR or BDM with coaching/leadership experience looking to transition into a leadership role within the Sales Development sphere, or someone relatively early in their Team Lead experience (preferably SaaS or Digital background) to join our Dubai-based team.

The suitably qualified candidate will be reporting to the SDR team leader, and required to work with each respective sales team manager to enhance the sales development process, increase conversion, and manage the day to day and admin affairs of the SDR team. 

This position is ideal for candidates with excellent data fluency, strong communication, presentation skills, analysis and time management skills. This role has a degree of responsibility and independence. 
The candidate will often be required to travel between our offices in order to work closely with the SDR team and the respective sales teams. 

A competitive basic salary and generous commission structure is on offer for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop the team by working closely with each member.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the team and regular cadence meetings with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly updates for the team to ensure goals and KPIs will be exceeded.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with each team member weekly.
  • Partner with various sales team managers to ensure new acquisition targets are met. 
  • Take an active role in influencing new strategies to optimize workflow and enhance team efficiency. 
  • Shadow the SDR TL and Sales Team Leads to identify new strategies to drive business growth.




The Person

Desired Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Enterprise sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
  • A good understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Strong customer service mindset with experience dealing with enterprise clients. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills for market and team performance data.
  • Time management and strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Highly computer literate – adept at Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or science major.
  • Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience in real estate, media, tech, software, advertising and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.
