Position Summary
We are looking for a Product/UX Designer to solve complex data workflows and craft intuitive, high-impact user experiences for enterprise platforms. This role focuses on designing AI-powered interactions and enabling data analysts to seamlessly transform, analyze, and operationalize data.

You will play a critical role in shaping how analysts interact with modern data systems,making complex processes simple, scalable, and trustworthy. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership teams to design end-to-end experiences that drive real business outcomes.

Own End-to-End Product Design
Take ownership of the complete design lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and final delivery. Ensure experiences are consistent, scalable, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

Shape the Future of AI-driven Data Platforms
Work on cutting-edge experiences in AI-powered data preparation and analytics. Help define how human + AI collaboration should feel in modern data tools.

Drive Simplicity in Complex Systems
Translate highly technical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that balance usability with power, enabling both speed and accuracy for users.

Collaborate and Influence
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership to influence product direction, prioritize user needs, and ensure high-quality execution.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Problem Solving: Identify the “why” behind user needs and break down complex workflows into simple, effective design solutions.
• AI & Interaction Design: Design for emerging AI paradigms, including agentic workflows, automation, and assistive experiences, ensuring they feel intuitive, reliable, and human-centered.
• End-to-End Product Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on usability and clarity.
• Design Systems & Scalability: Build and contribute to scalable design systems that ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
• User Research & Validation: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product experiences and ensure alignment with real user needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure design feasibility, smooth implementation, and high-quality delivery.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, preferably with AI, Data, B2B SaaS, or Fintech products.
• Design Mindset: A strong belief in solving real problems through simple, functional, and elegant design.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with how designs translate into code and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to design scalable solutions and contribute to design systems.
• Business Impact: Proven ability to design experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate design decisions, present ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Education: Background in Design (e.g., NIFT or similar) or equivalent practical experience.  Information Technology or Computer Science education preferred.
