You would be responsible for several first-to-market efforts and direct revenue-generating product lines that will define the future of Prophecy.

Drive the process

Write process documents such as roadmaps, delivery plans and scope documents to build delightful product shipping experiences that drastically simplify our customers' jobs

Drive the release roadmap and keep a tight grip on customer deliverables. You will be the one who is on top of things and knows about the impact of each feature/hotfix on each of our customers.

Over Achiever

What You'll Need/Do

• 4+ years of experience in product delivery or engineering management
• Experience in Data, AI and Cloud domain puts you in front of everyone else
• Prior coding or engineering management experience will help you a lot
• Managing, planning, and charting out overall requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables with the engineering and success team’s stakeholders.
• Work very closely with Director, Delivery Operations, Delivery,  development leads, QA and Product to plan and track features and releases.
• Hold the overall status of the features and versions. Communicating crucial release plans and changes
• Tracking release readiness and milestone reviews. Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules
• Communicating necessary release details using release notes to customers facing and business teams.
• Leading and coordinating checklist and deployment plan execution
• Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve timely software releases and leading lessons learned/feedback processes.
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• Experience moving large cross-cutting technical or engineering programs and products from inception to delivery, articulating the impact using metrics
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team to develop solutions
• Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles
• Write product functional requirement specifications with the rest of the product team.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality
• Strong desire to work in a not well-structured, fast-moving startup environment
• You have been a top performer your entire career and have very high standards
• You have a very high sense of ownership and responsibility, with high attention to detail
• B Tech or above degree in CS or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Data, AI & Cloud Domain
• Prior coding or engineering management
• You have shipped software over multiple releases including software where you drove the delivery of the first version
