How you will shape Prophero:
- Assisting in the follow-up and execution of administrative processes related to property divisions and horizontal property segregations.
- Supporting the team by preparing and submitting requests to government entities such as the Cadastre, Notaries, and Legal Management Offices.
- Collaborating in case analysis and ensuring the timely closure of tasks.
- Maintaining clear documentation and status updates across ongoing files and projects.
- Participating in team discussions to solve challenges and continuously improve internal processes.
- Helping with report preparation, data tracking, and CRM updates.
What you will bring to our team:
- Experience: Not necessary, but any previous exposure to administrative, legal, or real estate processes is a plus.
- Education: Ideally pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields (Derecho or ADE preferred).
- General Skills:
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with efficiency and clarity on administrative follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of case tracking and completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a collaborative team environment. - Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), CRM tools, or management systems.
- Language: Advanced English is required for internal communication, and Spanish fluency is essential for external interactions.
