How you will shape Prophero:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the strategy for the Divestments department, setting objectives, KPIs, and processes to maximize the speed and profitability of sales.
- Sales Channel Management:

- External Channels: Build, manage, and empower a top-tier network of external partners (real estate agencies, boutique firms, buyer's agents) to ensure the efficient sale of assets on the open market.
- Internal Channels: Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing teams to optimize the sale of assets through the PropHero platform, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Analysis & Pricing: Conduct continuous market analysis to set competitive asking prices. You will have final ownership of the pricing strategy, controlling the unit economics of each transaction to guarantee target margins.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the Divestments team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle for each asset, from its preparation (home staging, photography) to coordinating with the legal team for the closing, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are impeccably met.
What you will bring to our team:
- Real Estate Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in the real estate sector, ideally in asset management, property sales, or real estate investment roles.
- Financial & Analytical Acumen: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in real estate asset pricing and unit economics analysis. You can confidently defend a pricing strategy with solid data and understand all the levers that maximize profitability.
- Networking & Business Development Skills: Proven ability to build and manage a professional network within the local real estate ecosystem (agencies, brokers, etc.). You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team Management Skills: Previous experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals. You are a leader who inspires and knows how to empower your team.
- Excellence in Project Management: You have a true "project ownership" mindset. You are extremely organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple sales processes in parallel without losing sight of the details.
- Startup Mindset: You thrive in high-paced, dynamic environments. You are proactive, resourceful, a natural problem-solver, and highly adaptable to change.
