How you will shape Prophero:

• Lead and own the legal structuring, execution, and oversight of complex cross-border real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, financing, and development project.
• Draft, negotiate, and review high-complexity real estate and commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring risk mitigation, enforceability, and alignment with business strategy.
• Own regulatory and compliance frameworks related to real estate operations, ensuring ongoing compliance with local, regional, national, and international regulations, and proactively advising on regulatory changes and their business impact.
• Act as a strategic legal partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, and Investment teams, providing commercially minded legal advice that enables growth while managing legal and regulatory risk.
• Lead the resolution of complex legal issues and disputes arising from real estate transactions and ongoing operations, coordinating external counsel where required and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve legal processes, templates, and playbooks to scale real estate operations efficiently across markets.
• Manage and mentor junior legal team members (internal or external), setting standards for legal quality, responsiveness, and business alignment.
• Partner closely with the Head of Legal and senior leadership to shape legal strategy, anticipate risk, and support long-term business objectives in real estate expansion.

What you will bring to our team:

• A Spanish Law Degree and having completed the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía is required.
• At least 7 year of professional experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Spanish Real Estate laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with Spanish and international tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
