How you will shape Prophero:

Your main mission will be to help drive strategic decision-making across the company. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, leadership team, and product leads to translate data into insights and support the company’s growth strategy. Your work will play a key role in helping PropHero scale efficiently and make smarter decisions. Here’s how you can make an impact:

• Own and develop unit economics and profitability analysis across products, markets, and customer segments, identifying opportunities to improve margins, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s BP and financial model, helping evaluate growth scenarios and strategic initiatives.
• Build analytical frameworks and dashboards to monitor key business and financial KPIs.
• Support leadership in strategic projects, including new product launches, market expansion, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
• Prepare strategic and analytical materials for leadership and investors, helping translate complex data into clear insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to ensure decisions are supported by robust analysis.
• Contribute to building a data-driven culture, improving how we measure performance and make decisions

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, or Analytics roles within top-tier consulting firms (e.g. strategy consulting or Big 4), high-growth startups, or leading tech companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with business plans, financial models, or unit economics analysis.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating analysis into strategic recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ppt and data analysis tools; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Highly proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
