How you will shape Prophero:

As a 3D Visualization & Design Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our real estate projects to life, acting as the creative engine behind our commercial and marketing visual assets.

• Lead the end-to-end creation of highly realistic 3D models and renders for our construction and development projects.

• Design and produce compelling commercial documentation, including detailed 2D/3D individual floor plans, brochures, and sales materials.

• Develop immersive project videos, virtual tours, and walkthroughs that elevate the investor experience and showcase property potential.

• Translate complex blueprints, technical scopes, and architectural CAD plans into accurate, beautiful, and easy-to-understand visual representations.

•  

  Collaborate closely with supply, construction and divestment teams, to ensure visual assets align with project strategies, branding, and technical specifications.

   

• Act as a quality control point, ensuring all renders, videos, and documentation meet PropHero's premium standards before reaching high-net-worth clients.

   

• Identify opportunities to enhance our visual storytelling and propose agile, innovative visualization solutions to improve the sales process.

• Contribute to the evolution of design frameworks, asset libraries, and best practices to scale our content production effectively.

   

 

What you will bring to our team:

 

 

We are looking for mid-to-senior profiles with a strong technical and creative background in architectural visualization, and exposure to fast-paced real estate projects:

• Experience in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, or spatial design within the real estate, construction, or development sectors.

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software for modeling, rendering, and post-production.

• A standout portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior and exterior renders, commercial floor plans, and video presentations for real estate projects (Note: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

• Proven ability to interpret technical architectural plans and turn them into commercial-ready visual assets.

• A keen eye for detail, interior design trends, lighting, materials, and spatial composition.

General Skills:

• Strong creative mindset combined with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills to handle multiple project timelines simultaneously.

• Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
