How you will shape Prophero:

The Real Estate Supply Specialist sits at the heart of PropHero's investment pipeline. You are the person who transforms raw property opportunities — sourced by external scouts and suppliers — into thoroughly validated, investment-ready projects that can flow cleanly into our rental or sales operations.

This role demands rigour, ownership, and an eye for detail. You will be the last line of quality control before a project moves forward, responsible for ensuring that every legal, financial, and operational dimension has been properly assessed and documented.

• Evaluate and triage newly assigned real estate investment opportunities, applying defined criteria to assess viability before deeper analysis begins.
• Review and validate all incoming project documentation — financial models, investment analyses, title deeds, contracts, and due diligence materials — ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify gaps or red flags in financial projections or legal documentation and coordinate corrections with the relevant internal or external parties.
• Manage the end-to-end relationship with property scouts and external suppliers: receive incoming opportunities, filter them against PropHero's investment thesis, and facilitate their structured handover to internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain investment desk materials including project summaries, internal presentations, and pipeline tracking documents.
• Draft, review, and follow up on contracts and agreements related to project acquisition and supplier engagement.
• Ensure that every project passed to the rental or sales teams arrives fully documented, clean, and approved — nothing moves forward until it meets the standard.
• Support continuous improvement of the supply intake process, flagging inefficiencies and proposing workflow improvements.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience in real estate operations, investment analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of real estate financial fundamentals — ability to read, challenge, and validate a financial model.
• Familiarity with the legal aspects of property transactions (due diligence, title review, contract management).
• Exceptional organisational skills — you track every moving part and close every open loop.
• Strong written communication: able to synthesise complex projects into clear summaries.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-geography environment.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
