How you will shape Prophero:

• Support the Sales team with administrative and commercial tasks: scheduling calls, preparing materials, and keeping CRM records up to date.
• Check the information needed and prepare regular reports and dashboards on pipeline status, conversion rates, and sales activity.
• Assist in coordinating follow-ups with prospective clients and partners to keep deals moving through the pipeline. 
• Collaborate with other departments on ad hoc projects that support the Sales team's goals.

 

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: No prior professional experience required; a previous internship or coursework in Sales, Business, or Real Estate is a plus. 
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. r
• General Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. 
• Tools: Good command of Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables; comfortable with Google Docs and Slides. Basic CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
