Marketing Associate - EMEA

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join Prophet’s EMEA marketing team and help drive a wide range of corporate marketing projects and campaigns across our key markets: the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and the Middle East. 

Reporting to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, this role sits in our global marketing team and requires you to work in-person in our Berlin office three days per week.  

As a multilingual team, we’re looking for someone with native-level fluency in German and C2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Someone with around 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a business services or consulting company. Great organization, project management, and communication skills are essential. 

The role is a great opportunity to upskill and learn many different areas of marketing. Here’s how your time might be spent in a typical week: 

Demand generation (40%): Managing and tracking lead generation campaigns and programs, measuring performance, and supporting CRM activities. You should enjoy working with numbers, data and different technical tools.  

Content Development (30%): Supporting content development and English/German translation of articles, blogs, social posts, and case studies etc. You should be a confident writer, but you’ll get training and guidance on how to create content that differentiates.  

Events and PR (20%): Event management and developing press releases – helping us get our name out there to our key audiences. 

Digital/Social/SEO/AI (10%): Partnering with our channel and digital experts on a variety of campaigns and initiatives. 

AI is a core part of our client offering, and we encourage all team members to upskill—such as joining our regular AI Sandbox sessions to share knowledge and best practices.
