QC Inspector

As a member of our organization, you will be expected to have responsibility for quality inspection and go/no-go decision on electronic components. You will ensure to complete all tasks required to screen for part quality/counterfeit/and conformity while exhibiting proper use and maintenance use of inspection tools and equipment.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

• Conducts tests on inbound Electronic Components/IC according to the process doc and customer requirements or results of incoming inspection.
• Assist in mechanical measurement and report writing. Reports results to Quality, Warehouse, and Commodity Managers
• Assist in heated chemical test (Dynasolve and 1M2P) and decapsulation (fuming nitric acid).
• Detailed inspection of components and identification of non-conformities and potential counterfeit and proper documentation of digital images, microscopy, and other methods and tools as described in the process documentation.
• Learning and disseminating information concerning new methods to identify.
• Proper completion of all inspection processes and the filling of the quality section of the receiver. Send out non-conformances to the CM team.
• Provide support to customers when any quality issues arise; helps to prepare corrective action and follow up on implementation and close out.
• Proper disposition of Electronic Components/IC once testing is completed to ensure that Electronic Component /IC that pass go into good locations and those that fail are quarantined.
• Maintain and update proper software revisions and bios updates for all Electronic Components /IC tests. Provide monthly updates on activities and suggestions in workflow and equipment to improve tested products with a goal of 0 defects.
• Maintaining board database as new platforms are brought into operation. Document all the testing procedures, results, and suggestions.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Preferred 2 years of work experience in the Semicon/Electronics or related industry
• Proficient in handling test equipment like parameter analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector analyzers power supply, signal generator, digital multimeter, curve tracer is a strong advantage.
• Proficient with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc)
• Comfortable in handling of chemicals, acid, and wearing chemical jumpsuit, goggle, gloves, respirator mask etc.
• A high-energy, analytical, multi-task and persistent individual, driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry. Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment.
