Paid Social Lead
Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Autistic adults have been systematically overlooked by the healthcare system—despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years. This has led to extremely poor outcomes: autistic adults are 11x more likely than the average person to experience suicidal ideation and face a life expectancy 30 years shorter than average.
Prosper offers virtual mental health services—covered by insurance and built specifically for autistic adults. We help thousands of people get diagnosed for the first time in their lives, pair them with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and foster belonging through community. In just 2 years, we have grown to double digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and 200+ clinicians. We have a lean, ambitious team, and recently raised a Series A to help us transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
About The Role
As our Paid Social Lead, you’ll own Prosper’s most powerful growth engine and help define what advertising in the neurodivergence space should look and feel like. Our paid social budgets have grown more than 10x in the past year, and we’re looking for someone ready to lead the next phase of growth.
You’ll run the full creative engine end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, and directing creators, working with editors, and developing ad concepts that catch attention and spark emotion. Then you’ll translate performance data into insight: diagnosing funnel metrics, running tests, and scaling what works.
This is a unique role at the intersection of rapid company growth, a cultural movement around neurodiversity and autism, and massive early-stage ownership as our second marketing hire.
You’ll thrive in this role if you blend sharp storytelling instincts with an analytical approach to ad performance metrics, and the hustle to ship, test, and iterate fast. You’ve likely worked in paid social or growth marketing at a scaling D2C startup, know your way around Ads Manager, and want full ownership over one of the most powerful performance engines in digital health.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Prosper’s paid social performance. Manage seven-figure annual campaign budgets, audience & creative experimentation, and optimization with the goal of scaling dramatically while maintaining CAC targets.
- Run a high-velocity creative testing engine that brings ideas to life. From concept to launch, you’ll turn brainstorms into content. Create and launch several new ad concepts weekly using data-driven insights, cultural trends, and intuition and leveraging a scrappy team.
- Manage creators and editors. Source, brief, and direct content creators and video editors; ensure creative aligns with Prosper’s tone and goals. You’ll exercise sharp creative judgment, knowing what will resonate, what won’t, and how to push our creators to new ideas that perform.
- Diagnose performance. Analyze metrics across the full marketing funnel (thumbstop, CTR, CVR, etc.) and turn them into actionable insights for growth.
- Push the category forward. Help define what modern, affirming, and high-performing marketing for autistic and neurodivergent adults looks like, and make Prosper the standard others follow.
- A truly unique opportunity. Autism and neurodivergence awareness and content is exploding. Prosper has an opportunity to be the category defining brand, and that starts with our paid social presence.
About You
- 4–6 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or growth, ideally in a fast-growing DTC or consumer-facing company or an agency that worked with those types of companies.
- Strong Meta Ads Manager expertise. You’ve owned campaigns end-to-end: launching, optimizing, scaling, and analyzing.
- Creative and analytical in equal measure. You love the intersection of social content, brand storytelling, and performance data. You see numbers in context and use them as a north star to improve the direction of your creativity.
- Idea machine. You’re constantly bursting with new angles, hooks, and creative experiments, and have the drive to turn them into real campaigns.
- Structured problem solver. You build structure to make experimentation fast and repeatable. You can turn data into a single, clear insight.
- Scrappy and resourceful. You move fast with limited resources, building quick tests, getting your hands dirty, finding workarounds, and learning by doing.
- Mission-driven. You’re excited by the chance to make meaningful, category-defining work that improves access to care.
