Marketing Strategy & Operations
Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Autistic adults have been systematically overlooked by the healthcare system—despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years. This has led to extremely poor outcomes: autistic adults are 11x more likely than the average person to experience suicidal ideation and face a life expectancy 30 years shorter than average.
Prosper offers virtual mental health services—covered by insurance and built specifically for autistic adults. We help thousands of people get diagnosed for the first time in their lives, pair them with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and foster belonging through community. In just 2 years, we have grown to double digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and 200+ clinicians. We have a lean, ambitious team, and recently raised a Series A to help us transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
The Role
As our Marketing Strategy and Operations Lead, you’ll own Prosper’s most powerful growth engine and build the system that scales it. Our paid social budgets have grown more than 10x in the past year, and we’re looking for someone who can turn data, process, creativity, and experimentation into the next phase of growth.
You’ll bring structure and creative ideation to a fast-moving function. You’ll design experiments, manage budgets, and analyze funnel data, but also think deeply about storytelling, positioning, and what makes content resonate. You’ll work across teams to connect creative insight with performance data, building the engine that takes our marketing from intuition-driven to system-driven.
This is a unique role at the intersection of rapid company growth, a cultural movement around neurodiversity and autism, and massive early-stage ownership as our second marketing hire.
You’ll thrive in this role if you think in systems, love data, but are also empathetic and get energy from creative problem-solving. You might come from consulting, growth, or strategy, but you’re eager to apply that toolkit to a channel you can fully own, one that mixes analytics, storytelling, and fast experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Prosper’s paid social performance. This role demands a high degree of ownership. Manage seven-figure annual budgets, define growth levers, and build a structured testing roadmap to scale efficiently while hitting CAC targets.
- Operationalize creative testing. Build the system that turns creative ideas into ads — quickly, consistently, and at scale. Help shape the process for sourcing concepts, briefing creators, and learning from each test.
- Analyze and optimize. Track funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and turn them into clear, actionable insights. Translate what’s working creatively into playbooks for growth.
- Partner with creative teams. Work closely with creators, editors, and designers to connect data with storytelling. Use insights to guide what stories we tell and how we tell them.
- System building. Develop dashboards, feedback loops, and routines that make our marketing process faster, smarter, and more creative over time.
- Shape the category. Help define what modern, affirming marketing for autistic and neurodivergent adults looks like, and make Prosper the standard others follow.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, or a high-velocity startup. You’ve touched consumer marketing before, through a job or client engagement, and loved it.
- Strong analytical foundation. You’re fluent in data and can turn numbers into decisions that move the needle.
- Creatively curious. You’re drawn to what makes great content work and want to connect performance metrics to human psychology and storytelling. You see numbers in context and use them as a north star to improve the direction of your creativity.
- Idea machine. You’re constantly bursting with new angles, hooks, and creative experiments, and have the drive to turn them into real campaigns.
- Process builder. You create systems that make creative teams faster, more consistent, and more effective.
- Hands-on learner. You’re excited to get into Ads Manager, learn creative variables, and see what drives performance in real time.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You thrive in fast-moving, undefined environments and bring clarity through structure.
- Builder mindset. You want full ownership over Prosper’s largest driver of growth and the opportunity to shape a category-defining brand in digital health.
- Mission-driven. You care about improving access to care and want your work to make a real impact for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
