The Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Prove’s Grow solutions portfolio, including ProveX, our newest product, as well as additional solutions as they are explored, validated, and brought to market. This experienced product marketing leader will also own our strategy and outputs for competitive intelligence and help create structure and process for the product marketing team in how we launch solutions, deliver the product roadmap, and templatize assets for go-to-market teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, competitive differentiation, and verticalized go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for shaping how Prove’s Grow solutions are positioned, enabled, and adopted—while partnering closely with Product, Verticals, Sales, and Marketing to turn market insight into revenue impact.

This is an ideal role for a product marketer who excels at bringing clarity and focus to evolving solutions while scaling proven offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Grow Solutions Product Marketing Ownership

  • Own end-to-end product marketing for Prove’s Grow solutions portfolio, including ProveX and future solutions as they move from early exploration to product/market fit and scale

  • Define positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and personas for Grow solutions

  • Partner closely with Product to translate roadmap, capabilities, and customer value into clear, compelling market narratives

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for Grow solution launches, pilots, and feature releases

  • Develop core solution assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, demos, and website messaging

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for Grow solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams

2. Competitive Intelligence (Lightweight)

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Prove’s competitive landscape across identity, fraud, and growth-related use cases

  • Clearly articulate Prove’s differentiators, why we win, and where we compete best

  • Create and maintain lightweight, field-ready competitive materials, including battlecards, positioning snapshots, and objection-handling guidance

  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to ensure competitive insights are practical, current, and easy to apply in customer conversations

  • Surface competitive and market insights to inform messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

3. Product Marketing Operations, Launch Excellence & GTM Enablement

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions to understand roadmap priorities and build repeatable processes for translating product roadmap updates into clear launch plans with customer facing assets, enablement, and sales-ready deliverables

  • Create scalable templates and standards for core GTM assets in support of launches to drive consistency and efficiency

  • Support in establishing best practices, playbooks, and workflows that enable the product marketing team to operate with speed, clarity, and cross-functional alignment

4. Verticalized Intelligence & Enablement

  • Support verticalized product marketing intelligence in close partnership with Prove’s Vertical team

  • Develop vertical-specific messaging, value propositions, and use-case narratives tailored to priority industries

  • Create enablement and campaign-support assets such as vertical solution briefs, pitch decks, case studies, and talking points

  • Support demand generation and field marketing campaigns with verticalized content and insights

  • Incorporate customer proof, market trends, and vertical-specific challenges into Grow solution storytelling

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Impact

  • Partner with Product, Verticals, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Brand to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution

  • Create strategies and plans to incorporate voice-of-customer insights and real-world use cases into the product marketing function and share insights across the marketing org

  • Support broader product marketing initiatives and launches as needed across Prove’s portfolio

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (fintech, identity, fraud, payments, or security strongly preferred)

  • Experience owning product marketing for a solution portfolio or multiple related products

  • Proven ability to operate in both early-stage (discovery, PMF) and scaling environments

  • Strong go-to-market execution skills, including launches, enablement, and asset development

  • Experience building competitive intelligence and sales enablement materials

  • Experience developing verticalized messaging or industry-specific GTM strategies a strong plus

  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills

  • Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
