Title: Product Specialist

Location: New York, NY
Job Summary: The Product Specialist acts as the link between Prove’s emerging offerings and key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, product teams, and marketing departments. This person would be an early expert in a product's features, benefits, and applications, allowing them to effectively convey its value and answer technical questions. You would have a deep understanding of market trends and customer feedback to contribute significantly to product development and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of a product.
- Adept at understanding and explaining complex technical features to both customers and internal teams.
- Expertise is crucial in industries where products require advanced technical understanding.
- Have a deep understanding of the product's unique selling points.
- Skilled at communicating its value proposition to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams.
- Help develop sales strategies, materials, and presentations that resonate with the target audience.
- Role is particularly important in competitive markets where a strong sales approach can make a significant difference in market share.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Background in consumer multi-factor authentication and/or consumer identity verification.
- Sales, Sales Engineering or Product Management experience
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies
- Travel to customer sites and conferences as needed (currently less than 25% of the time)

The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
