Mission

Contribute to and own the market requirements and commercial success of Prove’s Grow suite of product solutions including: ProveX trust exchange product partners, payment product solutions, agentic commerce product solutions and stablecoin product solutions.

This role will be responsible for becoming an expert on the market, defining how new or existing Prove products solve market or  customer needs, overall ownership of the product commercialization strategy and execution, and scaling these solutions into substantial growth drivers for Prove.

 

Role Overview

As a leader in Identity, Prove is constantly expanding beyond account opening to provide products and solutions to enable trusted transactions across emerging and high growth ecosystems such as stablecoins and agentic commerce.

We are hiring a Sr Manager Grow Product Solutions to act as the business owner for these solution areas, responsible for understanding and communicating market needs, defining the product solutions and outcome,, commercializing them, and scaling adoption across the ecosystem. 

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role at the center of Prove’s product, sales, engineering, and go-to-market engine. You will own pricing, packaging, positioning, and market requirements, guide roadmap priorities, and drive solution adoption and revenue growth through product decisions. You will guide products and solutions from ideation, pilot stages, general availability and scaled commercial deployment.

This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in early-stage product and solution launches and wants to turn new platform capabilities into scalable businesses.

 

Responsibilities

Business ownership and growth

You are accountable for the business success of Prove’s Grow products and solutions, including:

  • Clear understanding and socialization of market and customers. 

  • Product and solution adoption across industries, customer segments, and strategic partners

  • Influence pipeline creation, ACV, and revenue growth

  • Product expansion into new verticals, use cases, and distribution channels

  • Building repeatable and scalable go-to-market motions

Market requirements and solution definition

You will translate market needs into clear product and solution requirements.

This includes:

  • Writing Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) that capture the “what” and the “why” of the product or solution. 

  • Defining use cases, target customers, and industry expansion paths

  • Identifying new features and capabilities required for scale

  • Ensuring alignment between customer needs, partner ecosystems, and product development

  • Converting customer and partner feedback into shipped capabilities and commercial-ready solutions

Go-to-market leadership

You will drive the successful launch and commercialization of these solutions.

This includes:

  • Defining go to market product strategy. 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop product pricing strategy. 

  • Partnering with Sales and Business Development to support strategic opportunities and partner-led motions

  • Engaging directly with strategic customers, partners, and prospects

  • Developing sales enablement material and support with clear positioning and value articulation

Roadmap influence and product partnership

You will guide product roadmap priorities based on commercial opportunity and market needs.

You will:

  • Influence product feature roadmap prioritization using market, customer, and partner insights

  • Partner closely with stakeholders such as Engineering, and Data Science as the ‘voice of the customer’ to ensure products are build to meet commercial needs. 

  • Ensure solutions evolve to maximize adoption, scalability, and revenue

Cross-functional leadership

You will operate at the center of Prove’s commercial engine, partnering across:

  • Product and Engineering

  • Sales and Customer Success

  • Marketing

  • Finance

  • Data Science

  • Business Development and strategic partners

You will ensure alignment between market opportunity, product capabilities, partner ecosystems, and revenue outcomes.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a builder with strong commercial instincts and deep product thinking.

Experience

  • 5+ years in product management, product strategy, or product commercialization roles

  • Experience launching and scaling new enterprise SaaS solutions from early adoption to repeatable growth

  • Experience owning go-to-market strategy

  • Experience writing market requirements and defining new product solutions

  • Customer-facing experience, including direct customer and partner engagement

  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders

Domain expertise strongly preferred

The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - 195,000 plus variable commission / company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
