Title: Sr. People Enablement Specialist
Department: People Ops
Reports To: Sr. Manager, People Enablement & Experience

Position Summary
The Sr. People Enablement Specialist will own the execution of our company-wide enablement strategy - including administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), design and delivery of training programs, and development of resources that support employee growth. In addition, they will support employee experience programming and logistics, with particular ownership of remote and virtual event coordination, office-related enablement support across our locations, and cross-functional employee experience initiatives. This role sits within the People Experience team and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, People Experience
What You Are Accountable For:
Learning & Development / Enablement
- Serve as day-to-day administrator of the company-wide Learning Management System (LMS), Litmos, including content management, user access, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, and maintain enablement materials including e-learnings, live training sessions, job aids, and documentation to support employee onboarding and ongoing development.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into scalable learning solutions.
Maintain the organization and integrity of all enablement resources housed within the LMS, knowledge management and intranet - Guru, and Shared Google Drives. - Track and report on enablement program participation, completion rates, and learner feedback; use data to inform continuous improvement.
Support the execution of talent-related programs end-to-end, from scoping and design through delivery and measurement
People Experience & Events
- Support the planning and execution of company-wide employee experience events, including large-scale programs such as Company Kick Off, with increasing ownership over content components.
- Own virtual and remote event coordination, including platform management, content collection, and communications.
- Assist with content and programming for key in-office enablement events such as onboarding and planning sessions.
What We Require:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Enablement.
- Demonstrated experience creating enablement materials, including e-learnings, live training, and supporting documentation.
- Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS) — administrator-level experience preferred.
- Experience using data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive design decisions.
- Proficiency with the Articulate 360 product suite (e.g., Rise, Storyline) preferred.
- Proficiency with the full Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with hybrid or distributed workforce environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work across levels and functions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance work output, including content creation, program design, research, and project workflows.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for enablement event execution.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting or coordinating employee experience events, both virtual and in-person.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, AI-assisted authoring) to accelerate enablement content creation and program design.
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology company.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
