Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Design Engineer with extensive Webflow expertise to help bring Prove's digital presence to life through bold web experiences, systems thinking, and AI-powered execution at a pivotal moment of growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, helping shape how our web and digital expression ladder up to the long-term brand vision while leading execution across campaign pages, microsites, design systems, and scalable digital infrastructure.
As a design engineer on the Creative team, you will help define, implement, and evolve how Prove shows up digitally across the full marketing journey. You have experience translating brand strategy and creative direction into high-fidelity web experiences across a range of touchpoints, including landing pages, campaign microsites, event pages, and CMS-driven content. With a builder's mentality and deep expertise in Webflow and front-end development, you will help our team move faster, build smarter, and extend the Prove brand.
Your center of excellence should be digital design/development, with experience in Webflow development, design systems, responsive and accessible web standards, front-end code, and AI-enabled production workflows. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building things from concept to launch, work well in ambiguity, value craft and systems thinking, and embrace experimentation and a growth mindset.


Your Impact:

Design & Build

  • Design and develop high-fidelity pages, microsites, and landing pages in Webflow with a strong point of view on UX and visual quality
  • Manage and evolve a scalable Webflow design system and CMS that enables the broader team to self-serve without breaking brand standards
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Design team on creative concepts, wireframes, and interaction design
  • Support campaign launches by building agile digital assets including event pages, campaign landing pages, personalized experiences
  • Familiarity with Webflow animations and frontend collaboration on web motion

 

Engineering & Systems

  • Implement CMS structures, custom interactions, animations, and dynamic content in Webflow
  • Write and maintain clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom embeds and enhanced functionality
  • Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance
  • Troubleshoot Webflow issues and liaise with engineering when deeper support is needed
  • Build reusable templates and modular components that allow marketers and designers to move quickly without creating technical debt

AI Enablement

  • Actively integrate AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) into your daily workflow to accelerate builds and reduce time on repetitive tasks
  • Use generative AI tools to rapidly prototype layouts, explore design directions, and produce first-draft assets for team review
  • Identify and implement AI-powered automation opportunities within our Webflow environment, from dynamic content to personalization to workflow automation
  • Help establish and document AI-assisted design and development workflows that can be adopted across the creative team
  • Stay on the leading edge of how AI is reshaping web design and front-end development, and bring those insights back to the team

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a digital designer or developer 
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design excellence and technical build capability
  • Deep hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and page building
  • Experience analyzing web data and driving optimizations and experimentation
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enough to go beyond what Webflow can do natively
  • Interest in using emerging technologies to prototype, experiment and push boundaries of our brand and ways of working
  • Understanding of web standards: responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and iteration

 

Bonus

  • Experience managing Webflow Logic or automations
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS
  • Past work in SaaS or fast-growing B2B brands
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, or personalization frameworks

  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies

  • Metro 2 - NYC metro area, Seattle metro area, Los Angeles metro area, and the Miami metro area.
  • Metro 3 - all other cities across the domestic United States, with the exception of the San Francisco Bay Area.
