OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Supervise daily logistics activities and provide maintenance to MSF equipment, facilities and infrastructure, in accordance with MSF standards and protocols, with the aim of keeping the facilities in perfect condition and contributing to the development of the mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor infrastructure maintenance activities and management of non-medical resources and equipment in accordance with MSF standards.
- Guarantee the control and monitoring of the facilities under the supervision of the area coordinator through daily visits to the facilities and report any anomaly or problem, evaluate the rehabilitation needs and monitor the rehabilitation work of buildings in minor according to the supervisor's instructions; check that the premises comply with safety regulations and supervise the consumption of vehicles / machinery / mechanical and electrical devices.
- Plan together with the area coordinator the checks and necessary maintenance activities of the energy systems and their configuration in accordance with MSF standards.
- Coordinate and direct the logistics team under their responsibility, which includes daily supervision, monitoring the quality of work and defining the tasks of each person, preparing their work schedules; organize and lead team meetings; participate in the recruitment of team personnel and attend logistics meetings and be responsible for their activities.
- Ensure the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, including planning and supervising the timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all project vehicles in accordance with MSF standards and supervising and instructing drivers in good driving habits. routine driving and inspections.
- Manage and track orders, which includes the collection of logistics orders from different departments or health structures; the preparation and follow-up of orders in accordance with the procedures in force; provide technical support to the warehouseman, carry out local purchases in accordance with MSF supply procedures and guarantee the conditions of receipt of the cargo or material, as well as the organization and preparation of the materials before shipment.

POSITION CONDITIONS
Work Venue: Where the needs of the project require it
Profits: Monthly remuneration: in the first 12 months, the bonus approximate gross monthly is USD $1,500. From the second year remuneration increases based on experience (previous and acquired) and the level of responsibility in the field. Private insurance coverage that includes medical coverage and hospital, temporary disability and life insurance. The organization also has an arranged medical evacuation if necessary. The expenses of stay in the land are covered: housing, basic services, cleaning and washing. Other expenses such as transportation, visas, transfer to the country of destination and Displacements in the field will also be covered by MSF. Per diem or monthly per diem: mainly to cover meals and small personal expenses.
