Sr. Business Analyst

Pearce seeks a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive process, data, and project management experience. Core Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Support efforts to integrate data seamlessly between our internal systems, including PowerBI, Salesforce, and Excel, improving data handling and analysis efficiency.
- Financial Analysis: Perform analysis on P&L statements to identify how operational improvements lead to impact on financials
- Strategy and Optimization: Work closely with the innovation and optimization team to develop and refine analytical approaches that support the company’s strategic goals. Conduct scenario analysis to forecast outcomes of different strategic options, providing critical insights for decision-making.
- Process optimization: Work with the business to break down complex processes, highlight pain points, and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in process mapping, Excel, and PowerBI, offering training and support to team members to elevate the organization’s analytical capability.
- Develop insights on potential growth, optimization, and improvement areas using business strategies.
- Specific duties may vary or evolve based on business and client needs.
Core Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Proven expertise in Excel, including operational metrics tracking and financial modeling.
- Proven expertise in PowerBI, including building dashboards and linking internal and external data sources.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce or other work management tool, including the ability to transform complex data sets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proven expertise in Python scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.
- Experience in Power Automate and CoPilot preferred
