Job Title: Operations Assistant 

Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role

The Operations Assistant supports backend telecom operations by reviewing work orders, validating documentation, preparing billing files in Excel, and updating data in customer portals. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring operational tasks and billing submissions are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review work orders and verify job details including parts used, labor information, and supporting documentation.
    • Read and validate the Scope of Work cross-check it with submitted job details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Identify discrepancies in job records, documentation, or parts usage and make for corrections.
    • Upload required job documentation and operational data to customer portals as part of the closeout process.
    • Track submission status and ensure required records are properly uploaded and updated in customer systems.
    • Prepare billing support files using Microsoft Excel, including organizing job details and required billing information.
    • Perform basic data calculations and validations in Excel to ensure billing accuracy.
    • Submit final billing documentation to customer portals within defined timelines.
    • Maintain operational trackers to monitor job progress, documentation status, and billing readiness.
    • Follow defined operational procedures and quality standards while maintaining data accuracy

 

Education & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate (Only Non-Technical Background)

Experience: Fresher


Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
  • Comfortable working with multiple digital tools & Portals.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good time-management and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability.
  • Team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

 

Shift & Work Schedule:

  • Day shift can be rotational (Night )based on business requirement
  • Extended hours based on project needs
  • Overtime OT as applicable
