Job Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role

The Operations Assistant supports field operations by planning and reviewing technician routes using GIS and OnPath systems. The role focuses on monitoring job priorities, SLA-driven tasks, and technician schedules to ensure efficient daily routing and timely job completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize daily routes for technicians using GIS tools.
    • Review technician schedules to ensure required jobs are assigned for the day.
    • Monitor job priorities, mandatory tasks, and SLA-driven tickets.
    • Perform routing quality checks using OnPath and internal dashboards.
    • Analyze reports and GIS data to ensure efficient route planning.
    • Dispatch technicians through OnPath and coordinate via calls for high-priority tickets.
    • Monitor technician SLEs and route compliance throughout the day.
    • Respond to manager queries and provide operational routing support.
    • Ensure timely execution of jobs by maintaining routing accuracy and workflow tracking.


Education & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate (Only Non-Technical Background)

Experience: Fresher



 

 

 

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Basic analytical thinking with ability to understand job priorities and routing needs.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and updates.
    • Ability to understand maps and willingness to learn route planning (OnPath).
    • Ability to read simple dashboards and reports for daily operations.
    • Good communication skills for coordination with technicians and managers.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work in an SLA-driven environment.
    • Attention to detail while reviewing routes, job assignments, and priorities.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks with proper time management.
    • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
    • Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.

Shift & Work Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational only based on business Requirements.
  • Extended hours based on project needs
  • Overtime OT as applicable
