Change Management Specialist – Strategy & Communications
Your Impact
At Pearce Services, we’re looking for someone with a passion for driving organizational change and making a measurable impact. As a Change Management Specialist, you will join our Strategy team and play a critical role in guiding teams through process, technology, and structural transformations.
This role uniquely blends change management expertise, strategic communication, and visual storytelling to ensure smooth adoption, strong engagement, and long‑term success across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to assess current‑state operations, processes, systems, and team structures.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support seamless transitions.
- Create clear, engaging documentation, including process guides, impact assessments, and visual aids to drive understanding and adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented changes, partnering with teams to track outcomes and improve ROI.
- Develop high‑quality presentations, infographics, and reports using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or other professional design tools (beyond PowerPoint).
- Design and build complex visuals, including user workflows and other key change‑enablement assets.
Core Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in change management, process improvement, or a related field.
- Ability to work across teams, manage multiple initiatives, and drive alignment.
- Familiarity with stakeholder communication strategies, organizational transformation, and structured change methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess impact and measure success.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts visually.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar design tools to create professional, engaging materials.
- Change management certifications are a plus.
