Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Technology, Client Implementation, and Client Success.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a remote environment. You will be responsible for coordinating product and data lifecycle initiatives while maintaining operational tools and systems that ensure execution, visibility, and data integrity.

This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors, as well as the ability to gather and document complex requirements to support accurate implementation and client success.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination – Application & Data Lifecycle

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product applications, data flows, and lifecycle activities
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
  • Support standardized product and data lifecycle processes from intake through delivery and retirement
  • Facilitate alignment across Product, IT, Data, and Compliance stakeholders

Client Implementation

  • Partner with product teams (consultants, developers, analysts, PMs) to ensure accurate and timely data implementation
  • Work directly with clients to gather data requirements and secure approval on configurations
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain:
    • Data file layouts
    • Test files
    • Claims files
  • Provide internal and external status updates and implementation reports

Azure DevOps & Lifecycle Tool Administration

  • Administer Azure DevOps (projects, boards, workflows, and work items)
  • Maintain consistent tool configurations for tracking and reporting
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security groups in collaboration with IT
  • Ensure lifecycle data (status, ownership, dependencies, outcomes) is accurate and up-to-date

Product Application & Data Operations Support

  • Track product changes, enhancements, and data dependencies
  • Ensure tools reflect governance standards and lifecycle requirements
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to align tool usage with compliance and audit expectations

Governance, Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain documentation for lifecycle workflows, standards, and tool administration
  • Enforce naming conventions, templates, and operational best practices
  • Support audits, reporting, and leadership insights related to product and data operations

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations
  • Hands-on experience with work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in client-facing environments
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools:
    • SQL
    • Power BI
    • Similar data visualization/query tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex technical and operational issues

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Analytics / Informatics
    • Business
    • Economics
    • Mathematics
    • Statistics
    • Finance
  • Or equivalent relevant work experience

 

COMPENSATION:

The national average annual salary for this role is $70,000 – $80,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
