About the Role
PSI, Inc. is looking for an Install Coordinator to help ensure potential replacement sales are identified, sold & prepped for successful in-home close as well as ensure successful installation staging and completion. This position will drive replacement sales by identifying opportunities, ensuring performance metrics are met, and creating a positive & winning culture. The Install Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager, Project Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and homeowners to ensure a seamless sales and installation process. This is a full-time role that will report into the Install Manager and be based out of our Gypsum, CO office.
What You’ll Do
- Identify replacement opportunities from Service & Maintenance jobs
- Track status of unsold replacement estimates
- Coordinate technician turnovers
- Book webform sales leads
- Pull daily sales reports
- Ensure replacement lead coordination calls are done to set expectations with homeowners before a Project Manager visit
- Order/assist with equipment ordering (POs), permits, rebates, inspections (including failures and recalls)
- Order JB warranties and register OEM warranties; confirm warranty & equipment information in ServiceTitan
- When a replacement sale occurs, book install job in ServiceTitan
- Run financing applications for new credit and collect on completed jobs; ensure collection on every job
- Conduct happy calls / send a thank you note after every installation to ensure satisfaction
- Help the Service Manager maintain the on-call schedule with Dexcomm
- Batch sales estimate and install jobs

- Strong ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts
