About the Role

Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) is hiring an Install Plumber to join our team in Gypsum, CO. You'll lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installations throughout the mountain-community market, working alongside a skilled team to deliver quality workmanship, reliable service, and clean, professional installations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish
  • Perform and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment
  • Work alongside and mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on support
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirements
  • Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and PSI quality standards
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make sound decisions in the field
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each project

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Colorado plumbing license required for the role
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead installation projects and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.

The compensation for this position is $40+/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, commissions, incentives, overtime pay, or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
