Multimedia Integrator for Live Events, Medical Education

Position Summary

This full-time position requires a highly organized and detail oriented person to collaborate with medical-related content and production team members to generate registration websites and online learning activities (webcasts and ARS). The multimedia Integrator is primarily tasked with connecting all components essential to producing interactive and live multimedia programs, web pages and HTML publicity. Various toolkits and templates are utilized to build the final products in all cases, but the multimedia integrator is highly and regularly involved with different teams in order to execute updates and/or customization as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within various systems or source files to extract program details in order to generate online registration websites for live symposia, webcasts, and Audience Response System (ARS) in line with company branding
  • Generate online interactive activities for hosting those live events (webcasts)
  • Monitor and provide support (remotely) during the time of the live events
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to incorporate any expected/unexpected circumstances and prepare workable alternative plans
  • Attend pre show walk throughs with everyone involved to ensure a flawless live webcast
  • Create and test HTML-based emails using various templates

Qualifications:

  • Advance knowledge of JSON syntax
  • Good knowledge of HTML5 and best practices
  • Knowledge of CSS formatting
  • Good knowledge of Visual Studio, Adobe Dreamweaver or similar code editors
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript syntax, an asset
  • Knowledge of responsive design
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
