Purpose

Our key contribution to society is to help clinicians and those who support them provide state-of-the-art medical care. 

Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Performing preliminary research on the therapeutic area or on the related medicine to understand the survey topic
• Accurately understanding English/Mandarin verbatim from Medical Health care providers
• Interpreting verbatim from open-ended questions in a survey
• Grouping similar verbatim into appropriate categories
• Assigning meaningful code labels to these categories (creating code frame)
• Adhering to instructions or standards for coding
• Able to identify Adverse Event (AE) in verbatim

 

Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education

• Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates can be considered.
• Basic knowledge regarding pharmaceutical terms, those with some medical background will have an added advantage.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Detail-oriented.
