Purpose

Our key contribution to society is to help clinicians and those who support them provide state-of-the-art medical care. 

Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Preparing and submitting clear proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation 
  • Working closely with the Educational Development Sale Directors and Medical Writers and Strategists to develop the proposals/client -facing document and budget specs 
  • Preparing budgets to match to proposal specs 
  • Managing priorities to adhere to tight deadlines given by external partner organizations 
  • Maintaining accurate records throughout the process and documenting status within our project management tools
  • Accurately uploading/submitting grant requests and other data into online application systems 
  • Assisting with budget development, including research and balance of logistical requirements with business needs
  • Liaising with commercial supporters’ Grant Administrators to address any incoming questions, as needed 
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external clients

Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual. The candidate will also have: 
  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical grant submissions (IME/CME) experience is preferred/ recommended 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and organize responsibilities in order to meet fixed deadlines 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and be a team player 
  • A keen understanding of budgets and comfort with math 
  • Strong analytic thinking, reasoning, and research ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory 
  • Superb attention to detail
  • A strong business acumen incorporated into daily tasks, aligning work with organizational goals to drive overall business success
  • Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office and Google suite 
  • Willingness to partake in occasional travel
