Primary Objectives:

This role  is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making by developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to project future performance. The role involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and preparing clear, accurate reports for stakeholders on a regular basis. This role also plays a key role in variance analysis, comparing actual results against forecasts or budgets and explaining key differences. Additionally, the Financial Analyst provides actionable recommendations to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency, while working to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.

Position reports to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

What you will do 

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and key business metrics
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational improvements
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems and reports
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline financial reporting
  • Track progress towards company KPIs and OKRs
  • Partner with Practice Groups and Practice Areas

Who you are 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling)
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with financial systems and tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
