Procurement Projects & Operations Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and adaptable procurement professional to join our global procurement team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role focuses primarily on procurement-related projects, operational process improvements, and cross-functional coordination activities and projects, while also supporting day-to-day procurement operations. You will work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and Global Leadership teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.

We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, curious, and comfortable working independently. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and navigating change with a solutions-oriented mindset.

This position offers broad exposure across procurement operations, systems, global projects, and process improvement initiatives.

What you will do

Procurement Operations

  • Coordinate day-to-day procurement operations, mainly within technology and SaaS categories
  • Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and supplier documentation activities
  • Coordinate procurement-related financial tracking, invoice validation, and reporting activities
  • Participate in low-complexity supplier negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Maintain procurement data, contract repositories, and reporting accuracy within ERP systems
  • Contribute to procurement governance, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Provide support across additional procurement-related activities as needed

Projects & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate global procurement projects and operational initiatives
  • Contribute to policy rollouts, process optimization activities, and system implementation projects
  • Coordinate activities across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders
  • Track project timelines, actions, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement operations, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency
  • Support the improvement and standardization of procurement processes and workflows

Innovation & AI

  • Explore opportunities to improve procurement operations through AI tools, automation, and smarter ways of working
  • Bring practical ideas to simplify workflows and improve stakeholder experience
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and operational improvements within procurement

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, vendor management, or similar roles
  • Experience with technology procurement and SaaS vendors
  • Exposure to procurement operations, financial coordination, and reporting activities
  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or system implementations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and procurement reporting tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
  • Professional level of English required (written and spoken)
