About the Team / Project

The Advanced Tech Team at PUBG Studios is responsible for enhancing project engines and building and managing development pipelines.
We conduct research to ensure that Unreal Engine 4/5, used in PUBG and unannounced online shooter projects, delivers the best possible user experience.

  • Lead overall technical direction and architecture design for Unreal Engine-based projects
  • Establish technical direction and development strategy in a technology-driven organization
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration with other teams (Design, Art, Server, etc.)
  • Conduct R&D on new technologies and establish mid- to long-term technical roadmaps

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Core Tech Engineer on commercial projects using Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • 7+ years of experience developing games or real-time content with a C++ focus
  • A track record of technical decision-making and process improvements
  • Experience leading technology direction at the team or organization level
  • Contributions to dev culture (e.g., code reviews, documentation, internal tech sharing)
  • No restrictions on international travel

  • Ability to transfer as part of an existing team (2 or more members)
