Our Amsterdam is the home of KRAFTON Europe, with several key product and publishing teams focused on Western markets, along with our Esports team.
Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.
The West Publishing AI Ops. Team is dedicated to transforming workflows within West Publishing Services by implementing AI-driven solutions across publishing, marketing, and content production. As AI Tools Engineer, you will spearhead AI innovation to optimise creative processes, develop internal tools, and integrate state-of-the-art AI solutions. Your work will directly enhance efficiency, scalability, and the quality of insights across internal operations.
Basic Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and build internal AI and automation tools for publishing and operations teams.
- Work with internal data and infrastructure teams to build scalable pipelines, interfaces and reporting.
- Work closely with regional and domain-expert teams to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to automate processes using AI solutions.
- Collaborate with AI Ops. team members on shared infrastructure (e.g., GitHub, Linux servers, Azure ML Studio).
- Contribute to onboarding and scaling development processes to support future engineers.
We are ideally looking for:
- Strong Python programming skills, with a focus on automation and backend internal tool development.
- Experience with deployment environments, and collaborative engineering workflows.
- Proficiency in working with APIs, data wrangling, and integrating AI/ML libraries into tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive projects forward.
