Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.

Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.

The West Publishing AI Ops. Team is dedicated to transforming workflows within West Publishing Services by implementing AI-driven solutions across publishing, marketing, and content production. As AI Content Creation Lead, you will spearhead AI innovation to optimise creative processes, develop internal tools, and integrate state-of-the-art AI solutions. Your work will directly enhance efficiency, scalability, and the quality of insights across internal operations.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-powered tools to support creative teams in generating and refining image and video content.
• Leverage diffusion models and generative platforms like Hugging Face, Midjourney, and similar tools to create tailored content solutions.
• Research and evaluate creative AI technologies for relevance, scalability, and integration potential.
• Lead AI enablement and training initiatives to improve adoption and fluency across creative teams.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and apply them to WPS workflows where impactful.

We are ideally looking for:

• Proficiency in Python or a similar language, with experience in applying AI to creative workflows.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks and diffusion models.
• Experience building or adapting AI tools for image and video content production.
• Creative problem-solving abilities, with an ability to experiment with and refine generative content solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across creative and technical teams
