The primary mission of the Marketplace segment is to help consumers “shop their values” and put purpose behind their purchases. PublicSquare leverages data and insights from the Marketplace to assess its customers’ needs and provide wholly-owned quality financial products and brands. PublicSquare’s Financial Technology segment includes Credova, a consumer financing and payments company. This is a full-time W2 position hybrid (at least 3 days in office) in West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking dedicated, professional Campaign Account Managers for a new product for campaigns and non-profits. As part of a dynamic team, the account managers will assist with onboarding new clients, and providing ongoing client support. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for supporting political campaigns and non-profits.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding New Clients:
    • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and tech onboarding team to guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth processes.
    • Provide general training and support on how to use our donation processing tools effectively.
    • Address any questions or requirements clients may have during the onboarding phase.
  • Ongoing Support for Clients:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, addressing their ongoing needs and requests.
    • Coordinate with support specialists to stay aware of any ongoing requests and needs from clients in relation to donor support
    • Coordinate with management and technical onboarding resources to troubleshoot and resolve client issues with the platform.
    • Work to provide timely and effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in account management, client services within the conservative political or nonprofit sectors.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and channels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the digital fundraising space for conservative political campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Fundraising platforms and CRM software.
  • Experience using a helpdesk platform (Zendesk preferred)
