What’s The Role About:

Puffco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive our product marketing efforts. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the development, coordination and execution of marketing strategies for Puffco's product line from concept to end-of-life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative, sales, support and operations, to bring new products to market and ensure they meet the needs of our target audience. 

 

This role is vital in building, maintaining, and communicating Puffco's brand identity, product positioning, and driving product awareness and adoption throughout its lifecycle. Your strategic and creative approach, coupled with your knowledge of the cannabis market and consumer trends, will be key in achieving Puffco's mission and goals. 

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Marketing of Puffco products for their entire lifecycle including planning, coordination, and execution of product launches and in-market campaigns
  • Provide consolidated customer and market feedback to product team through various collection methods
  • Development of product positioning, target customer, key selling points, and placement within the Puffco portfolio
  • Communication of product positioning and detailed information to internal teams to support marketing planning and training initiatives
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop launch plans, assets, and other deliverables
  • Communication of launch plans internally to key stakeholders in an organized and timely manner
  • Oversee execution of launch plans including coordination with cross functional teams and post-launch analysis
  • Work with marketing managers to develop and support execution of in-market campaigns to drive continued product awareness and adoption in various channels
  • Develop transition plans for end-of-life products with consideration of product roadmap, sales goals, and operational impact

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product marketing, with a preference for experience in consumer electronics or premium lifestyle products
  • Preferred knowledge of the cannabis consumer market and industry trends 
  • Proven ability to effectively organize and manage meetings, projects, and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for cannabis consumers
