The Role

Puffco is seeking a Creator Manager to own and grow creator relationships across the Puffco ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day communications, content deliverables, onboarding, performance evaluation, and long-term relationship development within Puffco’s creator network.

The Creator Manager serves as the connective tissue between creators and Puffco’s brand storytelling — translating campaign objectives into compelling, creator-led content while ensuring consistency, quality, and impact. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends relationship management, operational rigor, and cultural fluency.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the creator economy, a sharp eye for aspirational content, and a genuine interest in cannabis culture.

What You’ll Do

Creator Relationship Management & Operations

  • Manage daily communications with creators in Puffco’s creator network, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new creator partnerships, ensuring a seamless and aligned experience
  • Maintain a comprehensive creator database/CRM, tracking engagement history, deliverables, performance, and relationship status
  • Develop and maintain clear program guidelines, workflows, and best practices
  • Manage content deliverables, timelines, and quality standards across ongoing and campaign-based initiatives

Campaign & Performance Management

  • Translate campaign objectives into clear, actionable creator briefs and deliverables
  • Ensure creators are properly briefed, equipped, and activated for maximum campaign impact
  • Track and evaluate creator performance against established KPIs, using platform analytics and CRM data
  • Monitor and report on creator contributions to campaigns as needed
  • Generate regular reporting on overall creator program health, performance, and ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Social, Creative, and Product teams to plan and execute creator-driven initiatives
  • Align creator content with Puffco’s brand voice, storytelling, and messaging standards
  • Support product launches, brand moments, and cultural activations through creator partnerships

Talent Development & Network Growth

  • Scout and identify emerging creators who align with Puffco’s brand values, aesthetic, and cultural relevance
  • Stay tapped into cultural shifts, platform trends, and evolving creator formats
  • Develop thoughtful integration strategies for bringing new talent into the Puffco ecosystem
  • Contribute to the long-term growth and evolution of Puffco’s creator network

Culture & Platform Fluency

  • Stay deeply plugged into cultural moments, emerging creators, and shifts across social platforms
  • Stay current on creator economy trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices across key social channels
  • Bring insights and recommendations to the team to continuously improve creator strategy and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent relations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building instincts
  • High taste level and an eye for aspirational, culture-forward content
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, creative environment
  • Interest in cannabis, design, and culture (industry experience a plus, but not required)

This hybrid role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ and requires in office work 2-3 days per week. 

The compensation range for this role is $100,000/yr - $110,000/yr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
