Consultant Histopathologist in South Wales
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Consultant Histopathologist to join our client’s team of dedicated Cellular Pathologists. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant and historic town, with a rich cultural heritage and modern amenities.

Hours: Full time or Part time (considered)
Salary: £91,722 - £119,079 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and studying disease in tissues and organs.
- Examining samples of tissue, usually a small ‘biopsy’, and detecting changes that explain what is causing a patient’s illness.
- Working closely with other doctors, scientists and healthcare staff to manage a patient’s care.
Qualifications
- Full registration and licence to practise with the GMC and be on the Specialist Register in Histopathology (or be eligible for registration within six months of interview).
- Applicants that are UK trained must also be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview.
